Take at least 15 quick pictures when you get the listing agreement signed.  For $10.00 you will be sent a detailed staging plan which you can pass along to the seller so changes can be made before actual MLS photos are taken.

Unlike listing photos, the photos you email me should show the entire room not just the best view of the room.  These photos are so I can see a large area to make the most fitting suggestions.  Email me pictures of each room in the house, be sure to include garage, entrance door & closets.
